About GenetiQ

Where it fits in your sales process

GenetiQ is a browser-based ERP for lumber and building materials businesses. Its operational tools cover quotes, orders, inventory, fulfillment, financials and reporting. SalesJack adds a sales workspace for account relationships and follow-up rather than replacing those operational functions.

The connection scope

SalesJack builds an ERP data feed around your business's setup. GenetiQ documents REST APIs and an integration toolkit, but your edition, permissions and available data determine the connection. Confirm those details before agreeing the fields, direction and update schedule.

The data to review

GenetiQ's product documentation describes sales and order management, stock across locations and financial reporting. Those are vendor capabilities, not a promise that every field is available in SalesJack. Start with the approved customer, quote and sales information your reps need.

From context to customer conversation

Sales workflows to discuss with your team

01

Follow up on open quotes

Use the quote and customer information included in the agreed feed to help reps review open opportunities and plan their next call.

02

Prepare for account conversations

Bring approved sales history into account preparation so a rep can discuss recent activity without rebuilding a spreadsheet before each visit.

03

Review product-category gaps

Where transaction and category mappings are available, review what an account buys and identify categories worth discussing with the customer.

Implementation

Start with your GenetiQ setup

Start with your GenetiQ edition, the accounts your team serves and the sales decisions you want to improve. Agree the data feed, test a sample of customer and sales records, and confirm the update schedule before rollout.

  1. 1Confirm product and access
  2. 2Agree the data and permissions
  3. 3Test matching and updates
  4. 4Validate the rep workflow

Does SalesJack replace GenetiQ?

No. GenetiQ remains the ERP for your operational processes. SalesJack is the sales workspace for relationships, follow-up and account growth.

Does every GenetiQ edition offer the same integration options?

No. GenetiQ's public product page says custom integrations are available in its Flex and Design editions. Confirm your edition and access with the GenetiQ and SalesJack teams.

Which fields sync into SalesJack?

The agreed implementation defines the fields, mapping, direction and timing. GenetiQ's API capability does not establish a universal SalesJack field list or a real-time sync guarantee.
