About Flitch

Where it fits in your sales process

Flitch is cloud software for lumber yards and building materials suppliers. Its point-of-sale and order tools manage the path from quote to invoice, with order threads, fulfillment and logistics. Its purchasing tools also support vendor catalogs and electronic purchasing workflows.

The connection scope

SalesJack's existing ERP guidance includes Flitch among the systems it can work with through a built data feed. The available data route, fields and update timing still need to be confirmed for your Flitch environment. Vendor purchasing integrations are separate from a SalesJack CRM connection.

The data to review

Flitch describes one place for the details of an order from quote to invoice. During setup, review which customer, quote and order information can be supplied to SalesJack, and how account identifiers and statuses should be mapped.

From context to customer conversation

Sales workflows to discuss with your team

01

Keep quote follow-up moving

With approved quote context available, help reps decide which customer needs a call and record the next step in the account's sales workflow.

02

Connect orders to relationships

Use the order information included in your feed to prepare for account conversations and understand the customer's recent buying activity.

03

Review special-order handoffs

Agree which order details matter to the salesperson so customer follow-up has the right context. Keep purchasing, fulfillment and accounting responsibilities in Flitch.

Implementation

Start with your Flitch setup

Review your Flitch workflow and the data access available to your business. Select the sales information to share, validate sample records and account matching, and agree how your team will use the resulting CRM workflow.

  1. 1Confirm product and access
  2. 2Agree the data and permissions
  3. 3Test matching and updates
  4. 4Validate the rep workflow

Will my team still use Flitch?

Yes. Flitch remains the system for the sales and operational processes you run there. SalesJack supports customer relationships and sales follow-up.

Do Flitch's vendor integrations prove the CRM connection?

No. Flitch's catalog, purchase-order and invoice integrations serve purchasing workflows. A SalesJack data feed has its own scope and must be reviewed separately.

Is the feed real time or bidirectional?

Update timing and direction are implementation details. They are not guaranteed by this page and should be agreed after reviewing your available data route.
